St. Mary's Church is fortunate to make available a special time for the children during the 10:30 am Mass. This time is called Children's Liturgy of the Word. The children are taken to the chapel before the first reading and return to the church at the beginning of the Offertory.

During the Children's Liturgy of the Word the children will listen to the first reading, sing the responsorial psalm, sing a Gospel acclamation and then listen while the Gospel is read. An explanation of the readings is given and time for questions is allowed to help the children understand the readings and how to apply them to their life. All children age 5 and above are welcome. Any adult is also welcome to join this special time for the children.
