Each Spring the parish comes together for an annual festival at Geneva Hall in Elm Mott, Texas. We have fun, enjoy a good meal and share some wonderful fellowship. This is also an important fund raiser to support the parish. Volunteers are needed to help with each area in preparation for the Festival, before, during, and after the festival. We need your help! Please volunteer because our Festival’s success depends on everyone of us. Donations are also needed to support activities of the Festival. Please contribute to the silent auction, live auction, country store and raffle. Also, please buy and sell raffle tickets.
To volunteer or to donate please call the church office at (254) 753-0146.

We had a wonderful festival. Thank you to all who came out.
To all the parishioners of St. Mary's and to all our friends and supporters:
Our parish festival this year was fantastic. From all indications it seems that it was another huge success. Many people came out. And I think we all had a very good time. Geneva Hall was full most of the afternoon. The figures are not yet in, but I think we also did well financially.
I want to offer a great big thanks to all who helped to make this year's festival such a great success. First thanks go to Cathy Smith and Tina Franks for their leadership again this year as co-chairpersons and for coordinating the entire event. Second, I want to thank all the sub-committee chairpersons (see below) who put a huge effort into making the festival such a great success:
Thank you to all the helpers and workers at the various events. Thank you to all who donated so many wonderful items, made cash donations and to all who bid on and bought the items. Thank you to the sponsors of the Rod & Custom Show and to Eddie Ray's Smokehouse for the food. And thank you to Geneva Hall for providing the space for the festival.
Finally, thank you to all who came out in support of our festival and thanks be to God.
Fr. Joe Geleney
